This privacy policy specifies the conditions for storage and access to information on the user’s devices, by means of cookies used for provision of electronic services requested by the user, via the website: www.karmello.pl owned by Rafał Dobrzański and based in Bielsko-Biała, ul.   1. Administrator - Rafał Dobrzański Company based in Bielsko-Biała, ul. Małkowskiego 17a, NIP (personal identification number): 5471018864, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the Mayor of Bielsko-Biała under No. 28440. The Administrator provides electronic services as well as stores and accesses information on the User’s devices.
  2. Cookies – small data files, in particular text files that are saved and stored on devices to enable the User to access and use the Website.
  3. Administrator Cookies - cookies published by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator through the Website
  4. Administrator Cookies - Cookies published by the partners of the Administrator, through the Website.
  5. Website – a website or an application which the Administrator operates at www.karmello.pl
  6. Device – an electronic device through which the User accesses the Website.
  7. User - an entity for whom, in accordance with the rules and regulations of law,  services can be provided electronically or with whom an agreement for the provision of electronic services may be concluded.

II. Types of used Cookies

  1.             Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User’s Device.   It is impossible for viruses, other unwanted software or malware to enter in this way the Users’ Devices.  These files allow the software used by the User to be identified and the Website to be customised to each User individually. Cookies typically contain the name of the website from which they originate, storage time on the Device and the value assigned.
  2.             The Administrator uses two types of cookies:
